31st Annual Charity Auction & Lobster Feed
a fundraising event jointly shared by Lake Oswego Rotary Foundation and Lakewood Center for the Arts
Saturday June 20, 2015
Call 503-635-6338 for single tickets beginning May 1st (tables now on sale)
Your participation will make the 31st Annual Lobster Feed and Auction successful!
Without you and other generous citizens, the Rotary Club of Lake Oswego and Lakewood Center for the Arts would not be able to fund more than $150,000 each year for community and international projects and programs.
The beneficiaries of the 2015 event will be the Lakewood Center for the Arts, Lake Oswego Meals Network, Happy Trails Riding Center, Mobility Impaired Golf Association, NAMI Clackamas County, Hospital for Hope as well as Rotary international service projects.
More than 600 people will enjoy an old-fashioned New England lobster dinner in a huge circus-style tent at the Lakewood Center and bid on attractive auction items. Attendees pay for their own dinner plus an additional tax-deductible contribution. Seating is for tables of 8. Tickets are $125 for Regular seating ($95 tax deductible) and $150 for Patron seating ($120 tax deductible). A limited number of Premier Sponsor Tables (round tables with seating for up to 10) will be available for $2,000 ($1,700 tax deductible).
Browse the silent auction displays and participate in a lively and exciting oral auction. Dinner includes Maine lobster, clams, salad, corn on the cob, dessert, wine and beer.
Your donated item or service will be attractively displayed and/or given appropriate written or verbal acknowledgement in the evening's program. It is a fine way to publicize your business and be a part of our Lake Oswego community. You will receive a confirmation receipt from the Rotary Foundation of Lake Oswego, a tax exempt, charitable organization for both state and federal tax purposes. Your gift is tax deductible to the extent provided by law. The Foundation’s tax ID number is 93-1000938.
We sincerely appreciate your support of both of our organizations and our work to make our community a better place to live, work and raise a family.
Sincerely – your 2015 Auction co-chairs,
Jeff Aimonetti, Terri Childress Cyndie Glazer
